Electric Feel is a Personal Electric Vehicle dealership that just opened in North Vancouver - we specialize in Electric Skateboard sales and service and we also sell and service Electric Scooters.
We understand that it can be difficult to purchase an Electric Skateboard in Lower Mainland, BC, because stores that sell Electric Skateboards are not primarily focused on e-boards - they’re main focus is on other products. This leaves them with a lack of knowledge on the boards they sell and limited know-how when it comes to repairing or customizing these products.
For years, we’ve listened to the issues that customers of these stores face when they want to purchase an e-board. Here are some of the issues we’ve heard about from customers purchasing electric skateboards from storefronts in the lower mainland:

Our Solution
Electric Feel is here to offer consistent and reliable service and products for people who are interested in owning and riding an electric skateboard. We work with Shaboardz, a local e-skate company that has been in business for 4 years and has extensive experience and knowledge in the industry.
Electric Feel sells and services Shaboardz products, but you can also rely on us to fix your broken electric skateboard from a different brand. We have an extensive inventory of components and parts that you won’t find at other stores in Vancouver or the surrounding area. Providing we have the part in stock for your board, we’ll be able to perform the service and get you back riding again.
Customizing your board is another area we can help you. We have an extensive inventory of wheel kits that come in a variety of sizes, colours and types. Additionally, we can install different size pulleys on your belt-drive board to give you more torque or a higher top speed. Looking to light up the path ahead when riding at night? We can help you there too, as we carry Shredlights!
Electric Scooters
We also have electric scooters in stock and can get your riding on one today! If you have a problem with your existing electric scooter, bring it in and we’ll do our best to help you out.
North Vancouver and the Lower Mainland has an extensive trail system that makes it easy to commute on a personal electric vehicle, like an electric scooter. Electric scooters are easy to ride and much more affordable than a car.
Our scooters come stock with a display that shows you remaining battery life, the speed you’re traveling and the distance you’ve traveled. They also have a light for night-time riding and are foldable and easy to carry, when you need to pick it up.
Demos
Purchasing a new item can be an anxious experience. We know that buying an electric skateboard or electric scooter is an investment and we want you to have confidence in what you’re purchasing. That’s why we offer demos!
If you’re interested in our products, you can try it out before you make the purchase! We’ll give you a run-down on how the item works and then you can take it for a ride and see if it’s right for you.
Location
We’re located at 2065 Old Dollarton Rd, in North Vancouver. This is a convenient location for those traveling from outside of North Vancouver because it is almost directly off of Highway one. You take the first exit after the Second Narrows bridge and after that you’re 1 minute away from the store.
It’s also close to the Phibb’s bus exchange, which is located right next to Highway 1. This is convenient for people who don’t travel in cars, as you can get off here and walk or ride your board to our shop. You can also hop on bus 214 or 215 to catch a ride to the store. We’re thinking you’ll be riding away and won’t have to wait on the bus ;)
Payment Options
We accept a number of different payment options - including Financing. You can use Paybright to finance your new Electric Skateboard or Scooter at our store.
Outside of financing, you can also choose to pay by any of the major credit cards, a debit card, cash or e-transfer. We’re here to make it easy for you.
Our Goal
Our goal is to make it easier for people to commute and have fun on personal electric vehicles in North Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. With our wide variety of electric skateboards and electric scooters, we’re confident we can deliver on that goal.
We also want to help you! If you have a broken board or scooter, bring it in and if we have the parts and know-how about your board, then we’ll fix it for you! If you want to save on labor costs, then we’ll sell you the part and provide you with the knowledge on how to fix it.
